Pool was not heated

I needed a late check out Sunday because I had an on-line meeting. When asked about Saturday evening the lady at the counter said, "You have to call at 7 AM and they will give until noon". I didn't need more than the hour but she was very abrupt, borderline rude the way she said it, like I was freeloader on something.

The facility it self looked very nice. I’m familiar with Wyndham properties. They are usually high quality places. Not this one.

The handicap room that I requested didn’t have a handicap toilet, on bed #1 we found a bed bug on the mattress and on bed #2 was a huge brown stain on the mattress.

It has quickly become our go to hotel when off the Semi for the weekends. I have made several reviews/request to improve on the breakfast selections. Yea! They actually listened! They serve pancakes now and yogurt with toppings that can also be used in the Oatmeal.

How drastically their prices go up when the convention center has an event. I get it, all about that dollar! Updrage the fridge and TV. Upgrade the fridge to the mini one that has a separate freezer. TV is too small to read closed captions on and to Smart TV so I can log into Netflix or Peacock. They gave us room # 248.😳🥵 It is the farthest from the elevator. I have bad hips and it hurt so bad walking half way through I stopped to catch my breath and recover a little. Leave those rooms for the young folks, this old fat lady had to hard of a time doing all that! Keep working on the breakfast menu please. Although pancakes were on the line up, they were overheated. Half of my one small pancake they gave me was so hard it was almost crunchy. Add muffins and cut fruit salad to the line up. A selfserve waffle maker. Bagels with cream cheese. Some sort of baked egg casserole would be another change it up option. Love what you guys do, keep up the good work.

I like the breakfast they serve. The pool and patio are really nice. The rooms are also nice.

I didn't like that my room had a hair dryer that didn't work. Also their phone didn't work and therefore we didn't get room service. Apparently we need to request room service in advance through the phone that doesn't work, imagine that

I did not have the breakfast. The location was hood for me. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The property is a bit run down. The TV screens was broken.
