Gym was new and clean

My room was not clean; baby’s cot wasn’t prepared; hot tub was dirty; someone tried to access my balcony door while in the room and the reception staff did not care when informed

"We booked 2 nights here. Friday night we were given a room where the AC did not work the room was hot and muggy we asked"

I liked how close it was to restaurants.

The AC did not work in two of the rooms we had. The staff at the front desk were not welcoming at all and very blunt. I was redirected when asked to cancel the second night here.
