Loved the restaurant and the room

The desk staff were not helpful. Asking a guest to download an app in order to get a a shuttle to the airport is arrogant and rude. I had no idea how to download an app, and I didn’t know what password it asked for. Desk staff basically shrugged their shrugged off my frustration.

As previously noted, good location, but this hotel seriously needs a gut and a refresh. Sounds like the rooms on the first floor might be upgraded, linoleum flooring. I was in 2206. -First off the carpet was completely disgusting, dirty, and unacceptable. Mystery stain! Pet vomit? Who knows. - the only plug in the bathroom didn’t work at all. Very inconvenient when you need to blow dry your hair - the sink in the bedroom near the coffee maker and the refrigerator had a massive leak. Drip drip drip all night - air-conditioning unit clearly needs to be serviced. Rattled all night long! - stains everywhere. The walls, the lampshades, the bathroom ceiling. - besides the bathtub not being cleaned, previous guest hair… It was beyond slippery and there was bathmat. Total liability hazard. - the refrigerator froze all my water and food. I didn’t notice till the morning Someone had cranked it up to the maximum of level 7 - the digital alarm clock, they brag about having, it didn’t work, even though it was plugged in. I certainly hope I don’t have to stay here again on my next business trip to this area.
