Bar and dining staff very personable. Bartender lady had a wonderful friendly personality! Parking area flooded post rain. Very inconvenient that back elevator not working! Room was nice and spacious and clean. Bedding comfortable ! Reception blonde lady impatient and slightly rude

The mattress was warped. Felt like I was falling off or up on a hill, depending where I laid. A light flickered all night with no way to turn off. Did not get a good night sleep at all.
