Can’t say there isn’t anything I didn’t like

The property was likely very nice 10 years ago. Now the hotel is older and run down. Definitely a 2 star experience- 2/3 star places like Hampton Inn are equal to higher. The hotel itself is large. This means long walks to rooms on carpet which is hard to drag luggage. The elevators are positioned at farther ends of the buildings. The one “closest” to my room was out for 4 of 5 days of my stay. The management put up a sign saying essentially hit the stairs, which not horrible as hotel only has 4 floors but even the stairs are spread far apart. The front desk staff are nice but their professionalism and appearance is that of a 2 star establishment. No face towels for several days of the stay. Charger extra for executive level room however this the coffee machine and 1 of the TVs in the exec lounge didn’t work. Also it was noisy will loud all day conference calls and a bit dirty. No food offered. Front desk staff also didn’t provide ask or information about it on check in, had to return to desk several times to get keys/access correct. Breakfast buffet also a waste, limited options and inconvenient timing. No coffee in lobby. Wifii very spotty

Reserved a suite via on line reservation due to mobility limitations & requiring a room with a walk-in shower (instead of a tub) that is close to an entrance or an elevator. Repeated that requirement during in person registration. Due to a surly Gen Zer's lack of concern and/or lack of training, he put us in a regular room with a tub. Back to the front desk for a different room. Now the only room with a walk-in or roll-in shower is at the very end of the building, which for mobility limited people, is at least a 10 minute walk while trying to maneuver a luggage cart at the end of a long day & spouse is using a walker. This hotel used to be very good with staff who would bend over backwards to help you. It was sold a couple years ago, and now doesn't come close to it's former self. They charge $15 a night for parking. The food costs are about equal to an airport ($20 for a bottle of water, 2 cookies & a yogurt parfait). The rooms & beds show their age. The entrance near the ADA accessible room is a step instead of a ramp. The staff is not properly trained. We are older, have worked hard for what we have, and choose not to waste any more money or time at this facility.

Shuttle

No complimentary breakfast... At least coffee and donuts.... For the price

The rooms are a bit outdated but love the fact that they have full buffet breakfast and Eneida at the restaurant was amazing! She greeted every single customer with smile. Her customer service goes above and beyond.

Shuttle is totally unreliable. Called twice and waited over an hour when supposedly it runs every 20 minutes. Our driver reeked of cigarettes so I’m sure he’s was just taking a little smoke break! Never again!
