This hotel is minutes of drive to the airport and convenient to many popular places. This is the main reason for me to choose it. Honestly, I got very bad experience in this hotel. As a diamond member, even though I check in early, the front desk staff told me rudely that there is no upgrade, without any reason! More confused, I was told the food credit will cover the breakfast buffet(very limited food choices) and they charged me extra $48 per day for it. On my first day, I called more than 3 times for conditioner but no response. I need to go to the front desk to ask for it. On the second day, the cleaner did not refill the conditioner since it is empty! Horrible service! The room is very dated with very a tiny bathroom! I would say this is WORST Hilton hotel I have been in as a frequent traveler for many years! The diamond membership is USELESS here! Never come back again!

1. Close to the airport 2. rooms was clean 3. staff was friendly, but need training

1. the advertised "fresh" waffles where served with the core still frozen. Staff admitted the waffles are actually frozen and thawed. 2. charging for parking is petty 3. Could not get the wifi to work on mobile. Staff there said it did not work for them either.
