"Hilton Experience + Convinence"

I stayed here due a very early morning flight from Sky Harbor. Hotel is located less than five minute drive from the airport and is well kept. Check-in/out was smooth and the suite (facing the pool) was very comfortable. Awesome water pressure for showering, I'm not a fan of full curtain/shower combo, and having wet floor was my only issue. Dinner at the Rimrock Bar & Grille was excellent and highly suggest the steak dinner. All staff members I dealt with were courteous and professional. Highly recommend this Hilton property and I'll be back as travel season is heating up for work again.

The 4 pillows were very uncomfortable & caused neck pain as they had no support. Also the shower did not work well with only a small trickle of water coming out the shower head & the rest pouring out of the faucet

We have stayed here many times when traveling as it is close to the airport and has a shuttle service.

Feels like they are understaffed in the hotel check in and the bar/food area.

"Amazing bartender"

I came to the restaurants bar to kill some time before my flight. The bartender who served me really took the time to listen to what I like and make me some very delicious drinks. Ahijah had so much knowledge about different cocktails. It’s not often that you come across a bartender who has more than just the basics to offer. I would come back just to try something new from him. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend.

"Beware. Parking Lot has no security"

On April 2, 2026 I parked at the Hilton Phoenix Airport for an extended trip. Upon my return on April 19, 2026 I started up my vehicle and heard a very loud engine noise. Upon inspection I discovered that some lowlife had cut off my passenger side catalytic converter. I had parked three rows from the hotel entrance. According to the front desk staff (with whom I filled out a complaint report) the parking lot has no cameras nor security patrols. I also filled out a police report with the Phoenix Police Dept. I reached out to the hotel manager days ago but haven't heard back from him. BEWARE! You could be next.
