no breakfast included…only coffee/tea; staff pleasant; fast check in/out; properly clean but needa updating: we used the stairs because the elevator is ancient & rough riding; outside needs repaving; the property is litter ridden

the first thing was the shakey, old elevator posted a sign that says "only 2 person capacity." Bathroom tub felt like it would sink down, there was a random hole in the wall above toilet, toilet and shower room was so small,it was hard to shut door to bathroom, sink facet sprinkled water so hard to wash.

Place in need if general maintenance and updating. Bed was soft and saggy. Breakfast was coffee station and a sack lunch situation.

The room was nothing like the ones given in the pictures. It was too dirty. I could see cigarette burnt holes on the couch. The floor carpet looked so old and dirty that it is unsafe to walk without shoes. The wifi is of no use. Such a terrible experience.

Good hotel for the money. It’s older and could use updating and modernizing but it’s clean and the staff are lovely.

This is a very low cost and safe, convenient place to stay near WCU. It met my needs exactly. No frills, but it had everything you would expect or need. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean.

everything was fine, the parking and driveway was icy, snow removal contractor could have put out more salt or sand down, nice and quiet,

Had to quickly book after my home experienced a power outage for a day and a half. This is always my go to hotel anyway but always clean, quiet and relaxing.
