Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center

The bed was the most uncomfortable I ever slept in at Quality Inn. The curtains don’t close and our view is of the parking lot so trying to get undressed was very uncomfortable. The toilet sits so low to the ground it makes it very hard for us older people to get up. Not happy at all.

There’s no quality at the Quality Inn. Firstly, there’s no disabled access, with several steps to navigate before you can even enter the hotel. Very difficult also to lug heavy cases up the steps. We weren’t given a particularly warm welcome on arrival and the man behind the desk barked a few orders for payment and then muttered a room number. When we were walking to our room there was a very unpleasant smell and there were lots of people just hanging about in the hallway. I personally didn’t feel very safe walking to our room. Our room was next to the ice dispenser which seemed to be a local gathering point for other guests to hang out, not to mention the constant dispensing of ice cubes = no sleep! The room was dark and dingy and in desperate need of a makeover/uograde. Rather bizarrely when you’ve used the toilet in the bathroom, you have to come out into the bedroom to wash your hands! Not very hygenic really! The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows very poor quality. They were full of lumps and bumps and looked more like cushions! I wouldn’t recommend this place and would avoid at all costs!

Close & convenient to areas of interest. Easy access to highway for travel.

The hotel stunk of cigarettes and pot. Especially our bathroom. There was a group of kids roaming the hallways banging on doors at late hours of the night.

Just needed a place to crash near the ice rink. This well exceeded my expectations. Stayed with my 13 year old son. This place is older but very clean and neat.

The site advertised breakfast offered at hotel, there was none, not even coffee available. They only offeeed a small brown bag which sat out. No nearby shops for beverages either. However, the room was a nice size and the location was perfect for visiting the college.

The pool look terrible. The room had a smell. The air conditioner however, worked great.

The fire alarm often went off after I took a shower. There was no fire nor was there anything burning.

My one issue was the breakfast. The coffee station where I poured a cup of coffee was full of grounds on the bottom of the cup I was drinking from. I almost gaged trying to remove them from my mouth. Proper care of the equipment is needed.

It was just ok. When I walked up to check in, the guy looked asleep and seemed bothered that I took him from his video. The room was fine, though dated. The walls are VERY thin. Every time the guy next door went to the bathroom, I got the pleasure of hearing it. The parking lot is in terrible shape with lots of cracks and potholes. Not sure this is where I’ll stay when I return.
