Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center

The pool was closed, business center was non-functional, the lounge/food service are was closed. The hot water was Luke warm at best. The bed was comfortable enough.

Great staff, good grab & go breakfast. Fitness Center was mediocre.

Hotel needs a make over. It’s old and rundown looking. The rooms were fine and clean however!! The grab and go breakfast is gross.

The hotel was clean. The room was quiet.. noise from other rooms was not heard through walls or from hallway. Not a fancy place but for the price it was good.

Staff was really awesome and amazing.

The rooms need to be updated badly- super outdated. The doors are old and not closing well, hallways smelled bad, shower head was about to fall off, tile in bathroom was dirty, tiny pillows, and carpets seemed old/dirty. No smart TV's. We were a little skeeved out here compared to the Marriotts we stayed at all week on our road trip.

The room they gave us was not at all like the room in the pictures on either the Expedia website or the Quality Inn website. The bathroom sink had no counter space; the bed area had no space for an end table or lamp on one side. At first, the desk clerk said "that's the way it is." After more complaining, he switched us to a much better room, very similar to the pictures. In the end, we were satisfied, but it was a real hassle dealing with the desk clerk and moving our luggage to a different wing of the hotel. The King Suite was quite roomy and the refrigerator even had a freezer area (lacking in most other hotels we had stayed at on this trip). The breakfast is a minimal "grab&go."

Hotel was OK need to be updated. Breakfast was a joke they give you a paper bag with the bottle water and the frozen sandwich. Do you have to come back to your room and use the microwave to heat it up breakfast sandwich I have better breakfast at McDonald’s
