"Avoid this one!!"

Spent my first hour going to the front desk and back. First the TV didn't work then the key wouldn't work then back to the front dest for a new room. Then the cooler didn't work in that new room. You have got to be kidding me!! The second room was also dirty!! Worst stay of my life!!

Everything was really perfect for what we were looking for---clean, comfortable, location, quiet, staff, breakfast! What we didn't expect was the beautiful view from the window in our room! THAT was definitely a bonus! And it was so convenient for catching the bus to go to BYU activities, so we were able to avoid having to find parking on campus, (which can sometimes be next to impossible). And the price for all of this was GREAT! We absolutely, positively would recommend this motel!

The ABSOLUTE only thing was that the one outside door to the parking lot was not functioning, so we had to use the other door in the parking lot! Definitely not a big deal.

It was close to everything

Our room was disgustingly dirty and our key cards constantly quit working. We asked for a different room since the one we originally got was gross. and the GM was very rude about it. The was dirty socks left on the floor and opened food next to the bed. Beds were neatly made but when we lifted the sheets there was food crumbs or something all the sheets. I’m not even sure if they were washed. Floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed at all.
