The property is clean and seems well maintained. The room was clean good use of space. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that the showers have no shelves or nooks for hygiene items. The shower itself was fine as far as cleanliness and water pressure. Just annoying that shampoo/conditioner and body wash have sit in the floor of the shower because there’s no other space for them. Bad shower design.

The guy that checked me in, the guy that checked me out & housekeeping were a hige help but helps if you know a little spanish.

There were a few of us staying there, everyone driving in fro,mm different states, 10+ hour drives, one in our group drove all night, called Wed prior & confirmed they could get early check in, they had to shower & get ready in out room since the manager working on 5/1 (Indian Gentlemen) refused and said he was not there for that call & proceeded to make excuses that they only have 3 people for housekeeping even though I saw housekeeping finishing up two rooms on my way down (So you know it is 2 weeks of a ton of graduations and you only have 3 housekeepers). Ice maker on 3rd floor doesn't work, one of the side doors doesn't work and the place is beat up & run down and I paid a lot since they were the last place availablre & they jacked rates, I know my bad. Also we checked in, water at nathroom sink was hot or scalding but we are adults & can figure it out but a kid may not then in the morning no hot shower for one of us then the next person had hot water & the toilet had a dripping sound all night & lets not forget there is no ventilation fan in the bathroon & beware with small kids, windows open completely with no screen but thank god we could get some ventilation.People all over the place were complaining. So now we call it La Ghetto and will not stay again.

Proximity to destinations

The room was partially renovated, unable to turn the know to get the bathroom doors open, paint was touched up not finished

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

There was no hot chocolate at the hotel, and the bathroom was only closed with closet-like doors

Good location, nice staff & clean. Also close to Tesla supercharger

Prostredie. Hotel má pekné výhľady. Izba bola priestranná. Bezproblémové parkovanie. Raňajky boli celkom fajn.

Za celé štyri dni nám nikto neupratal ani nevyniesol smeti! Ráno od siedmej sa za stenou našej kúpeľne ozývali zvuky ako keby tadiaľ išiel traktor.
