Quality Inn Foley - Gulf Shores North

Went into room ceiling was leaking onto floor and bed, took 5 days to refund money.

The staff was friendly some wasn’t . They need to remodel those rooms when I saw the roaches I checked out immediately mold around the sink and bath tub big hole in the ceiling big hole under the door I was told to put a towel underneath the door this place living conditions are not acceptable . Rust was on everything that was supposed to be stainless steel I had to dump water from the sink because once you use the stopper it doesn’t release to let the water out I will be contacting BBB and everything else to report this place. These people are taking our money with false information and pictures on their site.

There was cigarette burns riddled all throughout the bedsheets beds and walls the bathroom was also disgusting and wasnt even usable

The staff was nice. The building is old and did not feel clean.

Every single thing

We booked this hotel for one night. It was terrible and would not recommend to anyone. When we first walked in the room smelled of mildew. We tried to look past it because we are near a beach but it continued. -The Bathtub was stained and also had mildew and mold. -The towels were stained brown. -There were holes in the walls and some that had been just patched over not paint to cover it. -The door molding had a gap that you could see all the way outside through. -The floor was sticky. -Small roach in the bathroom sink. -When we pulled back the blanket two more roaches came out. I went to the front desk for a refund. at this point I had only been there 15 mins. I was refused a refund. The front desk manager said she did not have the authority to issue a refund because I didn't pay cash. She call the manager who could issue a refund and he didn't answer. She showed me another room to try to get us to stay but it was in the same condition. I just didn't check for roaches. She then gave me several numbers to call "Choice" customer service to help me. While I was in there another lady came in with similar complaints she was told a completely different reason as to why she couldn't get a refund. I have contacted customer service but still haven't received a refund. I wish I would have taken pictures of the rooms but we just wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Beds suck hurting when woke up not clean

The breakfast was probably the best thing the hotel had to offer.

The room was not very clean. Neither the refrigerator or microwave worked. Anything that was metal was rusted.

Nice and friendly staff that took really great care of us. We loved the swimming pool.

Breakfast could be better
