Quality Inn Foley - Gulf Shores North

Overall for a quick, last minute need, it fit the bill. Price wasn’t horrible especially for last minute. Cleanliness in the bathroom was sad, dirty, shower could’ve been cleaner, floor didn’t appear to be swept, etc. room wasn’t bad, basic set up, coffee maker (single cup maker), etc. dehumidifier needed to be emptied, and really needed to be cleaned well. It was moldy. AC worked great, kept the room cold all night.

The lady at the front desk was awesome but the hotel room was not in good shape. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, towels had stains, the tub was nasty and the shower curtain itself was nasty. The mirror was dirty. Around the tub had mold stains. Everything was booked so we had no choice. We would leave out early and come back to sleep.

Very old building needs some money spent on it. The staff did the best with what they had.

The check-in process was horrible. I was told by them it was that I booked 3rd party. Each reservation i had to call book-it so they could send over the correct payment. The next problem it was Roach infested, not one or two, several coming out of plugs/sockets near frige,sink, and in bathroom awful scared to go to sleep. The bed lien sheets, towels, and shower curtains look dingy. There were two spots on the wall that were very noticeable they looked like they were taped up. The bathroom was the worst needs upgrade. The corking on tile was terrible it didnt look smooth out. The phone didn't work in the room. It was 0/10 for me and my family some didnt stay, but 1 night, we booked 7 rooms. I would never recommend nor stay at this hotel again period!!

The location! You are close to everything!!!! And they will let you check in early.

The breakfast was nasty, and they ran out!!!! They didn't have enough rags and towels we had to go buy some!!!!!! The room was ok.
