"Exceptional"

Beautiful place we spent Christmas but it was also our wedding Anniversary. The place was very clean, Breakfast was exceptional and the people was super friendly. The complimentary staff was very friendly as well.

All was well and the Hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

"Needs a renovation. They should not put used soap out in bathroom for new guests."

Close location to UNC & beaches

Needs a renovation. Room had two “used” hand soaps at sink area. Disgusting! Bath tub caulking peeling off & discolored. During the entire time we were there the juice station was not available for breakfast. Only had coffee or milk. Breakfast was just ok nothing special.

"Location- hotel itself not clean"

Location.

Very expensive. No towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The room appeared to not have been cleaned.

"Really nice hotel"

Nice room , good breakfast , good location and quiet

Overall nice property and great staff, some issues in room- very uncomfortable sleeper sofa and temp was difficult to regulate, in addition experiences toilet problems.
