Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach

Personnel serviable et souriant. buffet bien alimenté

When I went to my room, the door was not closed. They had no silverware and things were messy. Went to front desk and I was moved.

This hotel was older, but had great kitchenette amenities. A full size refrigerator/freezer, cook top stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, plus skillet, cooking pot and dishes/glasses/silverware. And paper towels. I did not like the musty smell of the room, nor the dirty air conditioner. Worst of all the toilet that clogged even with courteousy flushing. The bed was not comfortable (hard). The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar tender was nice but their drinks were lacking in variety. They did not have beer on tap nor a blender to do mixers. The pool and area was cozy, but small. I did like the layout of the room separating the bedroom from the living room. I liked the dining table to eat on with adequate space. The one thing I would change would be the light switch for the bathroom being on the outside wall. I did tell the front desk about the toilet issue and dirty AC.

This Hampton Inn was a very lovely Hampton Inn. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were impressed with everything. Everything was in excellent condition and beautiful, staff was very friendly and beyond helpful, rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was beautiful including all of the landscape all around the building g and courtyard. The breakfast bar was amazing! I will definitely stay at this Ha Pron In. Again when we are in Wilmington!!

Pool and tiki bar was awesome. We stayed during the week and the vibe was laid back and family friendly. The breakfast and coffee is a bonus in the morning too!

Not much in walking distance. The steak house next door is a rip off for rich locals only.

Hello! this was nightmare, we stayed in room #201,1st when we got in the room carpet floors are so dirty when we took are shoes off and walked for 5 minutes our feet was so dirty like we walked out side with out shoes. 2nd same night 1st day at night before we when to bed we saw big bugs ( Cockroach) we took pictures and videos if you like ,we went to front deck they told us we cannot do anything at this moment, we did not get offer for different room, 3rd hallway trash can full overflow with trash and not getting changed daily, that's why I'm not surprised to see Cockroach, also have pictures and 4th in hallway next to our room was ice machine, it was so laud that no one told us it' will be so laud, we paid so much money and will not recommend your hotel to anyone and will tell other not to book or use you guys

Breakfast coffee was excellent! Bar in lobby was great !

Room 105 was too close to elevator...everytime the door opened it would chime ...all night ! Room was too close to housekeeping..getting their carts ready in AM very loud. Need signage on Rockwood Rd informing of hotel locations in business park...can't see from road. GPS says arrive at location but nowhere to be seen.

It was nice and breakfast was good.
