Comfort Inn Ottawa Starved Rock Area

The convenience of having alot of places to eat close by and having breakfast in the morning there. Very easy to get to also.

The scrambled eggs were alittle dry and cold on Monday. Other than that the food was really good for breakfast.

My room has ants not just one or two but infestation of tiny ants

Location & is always clean.

Hot tub wasn't working, door to room didn't close tight & had to put up a towel so no one could see in, tub was extremely slippery & pool had no towels & was very cold.

Rooms were clean, convenient and accommodating to my 2 dogs

Staff was not really attentive, had no beverages during breakfast

The location was good

The bed was hard, the place is falling apart: loose tile on the bathroom floor , I turned on the sink and the faucet wasn’t attached to the counter top, the shower was insanely slippery. My mother and brother also stayed at the this hotel at the same time and their experiences were the same.

Ok very processed

Terrible i woke up out of my sleep with bite marks all over my back and the staff and booking.com is trying blame eachother. Nothing was done as far as compensating me for this traumatizing event.
