"Excellent"

Very nice place to stay. the only thing not so good was the Buffett at the hotel restaurant. better off getting breakfast at one of the restaurants in the area. Many are within walking distance

"Not good value for money"

Staff were friendly. Good location. Decent parking.

Breakfast was terrible. Showers were noisy and had very low pressure. Room was never made up properly in the three days we were there.

breakfast is fine and location is good, very close to Yellowstone park west entrance, stuff is friendly and helpful with quick response, easy access to everything, room is clean.

they could do better on comforter

"Excellent staff, excellent proximity to the western gate made for a very nice stay"

The fresh baked cookies and free ice cream treats was a nice touch. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The room was very large. The closeness to the western entry to the park was great.

The mattresses were too soft. Different size pillows on the beds would have been nice. The towels were a bit threadbare. The cost per night was a little over the top. A lot of noise from the room above ours could be heard in our room.
