We stayed 2 nights. This hotel is very dated and needs some work. After reading the reviews, I would agree that the hospitality is very much lacking here. I have platinum status with IHG. We were not upgraded at all. There was a suite open one night of our stay when asked if we could stay in the suite one night the manager told us no. Our shower had no shower curtain. The bathroom flooded when we used the shower. Maintenance came and said they did not have a shower curtain and had to go buy one. Very odd.

"Great Stay, a bit far"

The rooms were really nice and the place had a very nice feel to it. Breakfast was also pretty good for the buffet.

It is at least an hour from anything in the park.
