Great hotel, good location, would stay again

This is an expensive chain motel with one major "feature". They charge $15 a day as an amenity fee. What does this "fee" include... they tell you at check-in... such amazing amenities as Internet... free at every Holiday Inn on the planet, the ice machine, low end ice cream bars, and finally the laundry machines but... you must still pay for laundry powder. Absolutely ridiculous and simply a money grab.

Excellent location for exploring Yellowstone National Park. Clean comfortable room, equipped to a high standard. Restaurant on site, food OK but nothing special. Laundry on site. Fridge in room. Helpful staff.

Poor breakfast buffet. Disposable crockery and cutlery - so wasteful and damaging to the environment. Dogs allowed in rooms (unhygienic) Laundry remained open 24 hours and despite a notice on the door not to use after 11.00, guests did , which was noisy for rooms nearby. No ventilation in laundry so guests propped door open exacerbating the problem. Suggest laundry should be locked between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. Coffee machine but no kettle in room. No safe in room. Requested housekeeping twice in an eight day stay - clean towels were provided, but no linen change. Have never stayed in a hotel for eight days with no change of bed linen.

It was a great place to stay. Clean rooms and we loved the attached restaurant.

Nice room, and the house keeping staff was excellent.

The breakfast that’s included is definitely above average. Friendly staff and great close location - only 2 minutes to the west entrance 👍

Clean facility

The only issue was parking very tight when people don’t know how to park. The lot in the back of hotel was easier and less crowded
