Chris and Liz were the best part of the whole stay. I chose to stay here because of the reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast Chris prepared was delicious and Liz is very helpful and warm. Parking was easy, there was always space at the nearby street. The Ullswater room is spacious also quiet at night. We had a good rest after our adventure. We were welcome to eat our takeaways at the dining room and Liz gave us plates and utensils. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely be back!

"Wonderful"

Very good home-cooked breakfast. Plus warm, friendly and cheerful hostess who gave advice and allowed later checkout. Good location. Walkable.

Nothing really. If I had to pick something, then maybe room was a tad cold at night and beds were a bit soft.

Lovely people running the B&B Close to the shops Clean and well kept

Twin room a bit snug and no wardrobe or chest of drawers to speak of, otherwise it was great.

A very warm welcome from the hosts who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious cooked to order. The B&B was very clean and our room was stunning! Liz had a great knowledge of the area and was happy to share ideas for days out . We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
