"A perfect location for exploring the Windermere area."

The breakfast options were delicious. The location was excellent, being a 5 minute walk into Windermere & a 20 minute walk to Bowness. There is a frequent bus service a short walk away. Rocklea is situated on a quiet road and our room overlooked a delightful babbling brook, very soothing at night! Recommend Orrest Head for views and the Holehird gardens. Liz and Chris are delightful hosts.
