Location is great! Breakfast was decent

The manager Ben is by far the most dishonest GM I’ve ever encountered EVER in my life PERIOD!! … just totaled my new car pulling into Highlands Ranch for the holiday weekend to spend it with my favorite human being (my almost 7 year old son ) and booked one night that turned into 5 nights and I was given my AAA rate by the try professional and friendly ladies at the front desk and thought I was paying a fluctuating rate at best $73 pr/night up to at most $95 pr night and after a very private and personal issue having to do with Apple along with Verizon both insisting I contact law enforcement ie:safety concern back at my home and with all my devices Ben tells me I’m no longer permitted to stay there and he said I had 3 minutes max to gather my stuff and to exit the property and made literally the most ridiculous comment while trying to act as if he was more than his title as GM of the rather well kept and very friendly property and as he inquired with me why I had to talk to the cops as if I was a criminal and guilty of sort of crime or something I still would like to know what it could possible be that he vehemently insisted I did which was literally NOTHING he could come up with and definitely didn’t do PERIOD that could have would have or Should have called for any kinda permanent ban from the property in ANY WAY PERIOD !!

The breakfast was incredible! The hotel seems older and probably could use some upgrades! Location was ideal for where we needed to be.

Rooms need some attention. They told me at the front desk our rooms were "just a couple doors apart". My room was G-23 and my family was in G-1. As far apart as we could be!
