The breakfast ok.

the TV didn’t work, front desk said the maintenance man only worked in the mornings. We could not check in until 4pm. She told me if a room because available, would switch to that room if anybody cancels. And she told me she would adjust my room rates as well. I checked out earlier Sunday morning and I received and email later Sunday with nothing stating my reduced rate or refund since room was paid for in advance.
