Residence Inn Denver Highlands Ranch

bed was comfortable. quiet area even thought right on freeway. breakfast options were ok.

Spacious room, poolside popsicle, nice pool area to relax. Great breakfast.

Outside noise from the highway could have been better isolated.

A/C is broken and they had janky coolers installed in the windows and the elevator is terrifying and probably could use some maintenance! I took the stairs.

My room was full of these house flies and they couldn't even find a fly swatter let alone refund me for this room. I will never book here again!

This is a tired property. If the Residence Inn/Marriott people have any standards, this will not be a Residence Inn for long. Everything is worn and beaten up. The building-wide air conditioning system is apparently so defeated that there was some kind of air conditioner on the floor of my room, with a large tube running from this unit to the window. Because of this, the window COULD NOT BE CLOSED! Which is to say, on the hottest days of the year, I was sitting there with an open window and an air conditioner that could not possibly overcome the physics of this. Would not have stayed here if I understood the shape this property is in.
