The smoke alarm started beeping at 1am. Called the desk multiple times with no answer. Worst, most expensive hotel stay ever!!

Had problems with the plumbing and had to remind the several times.

We visited in early February 2025. Extensive renovations were underway. In the midst of all that, the General Manager (GM) of the hotel gave us exceptional service. She was kind, professional, helpful, and a terrific ambassador for the Marriott brand! I cannot recall her name; but she was the GM on duty mid-afternoon on 02.13.25. She provided a great lesson on customer service to the other front desk staff on duty at the time. Professionals like this GM keep us committed to Marriott!

Both automatic front doors to the hotel were broken had to hand push the automatic sliding door open and closed Single ice machine in building and it was broken Forklift noises from neighboring Home Depot until late (midnight+) plus lets not forget the Home Depot 6:20am leaf blower to clear the loading dock of dust & debris Bathroom light takes on average 21 seconds to turn on because it is fluorescent and not LED or incandescent. No stove Windows are awful and don’t close and lock properly Floors between bathroom and bedroom are not level stub your toe on transition Dishwasher not secure to countertop and would tip forward Paint over the switches and outlet covers. Rather bad painting in general Paint & plaster on the floors Water off for 5 1/2 hrs mid day I think Management hired the lowest bidder for the remodel and got what they paid for. This is not Marriott level quality for a Residence Inn and should be lowered or dropped.

…worst residence inn that I’ve stayed in. Usually they are very nice. Staff was great and even changed my room, but it did not help much. Bedroom tv volume has stuck at full blast. Drawers on dresser would not stay closed, opened themselves all the way, right into the limited walk space at the foot of the bed. Both rooms had the same issue. Could not access WiFi at all. Otherwise, it was just “ok”.

Nothing It was Messy inside and outside

Location is okay, but nothing spectacular

Dirty rooms, dirty hallways, paint on the floor and on the furniture, stinking dish washer, old furniture- stay away!
