"Overall, a restful stay"

The only negative comment is this: my boyfriend is disabled. We were in the middle of packing and dressing to depart the hotel. Checkout is 11am. At 11:03 the housekeeper knocked to inquired "how much more time do you think you're going to need?" I have never had anyone ever come to the door while the do not disturb sign was placed on the door. I thought it was rude and unnecessary. We were in town visiting friends and family. The pool and hot tub were a welcomed treat. The hot breakfast bar got our days stated on the right foot. The room was large,clean and comfortable.

The sofa bed coil mattress definitely needs THROWN OUT. I put two blankets folded in half on it and it still didn't stop the coils from popping up any time you moved on it. It was awful but too late at night to do anything about it. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Hot tub didn't work,pool was cold, juice machine was broke, hotel need updated. Oh we couldn't get in the room we was suppose be in because door didn't work so we was downgraded.
