Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton

Comfortable and quiet for the most part, There was some construction work going on in the hotel, but they ended by 5:30 and didn’t start up until later in the a.m. Slowest elevator ever considering it’s just 3 floors. Just off the interstate, so very convenient. Good restaurants nearby.

There was no hot tub! Room was a bit shabby.

We liked the variety of items for breakfast. The room itself was fine.

A number of things were not working: the credit card reader, the coffee machine in the lobby. They also were a non-cash organization which meant we could not get small change for large bills. The furniture in the breakfast seating area is in dire need of overhaul.

The GOOD news was the staff were all GREAT to work with on our arrival. > Location was what I needed for this trip, made things easy for us. > The good news in the bathroom was the water pressure/temps and shower head worked fine. > I'm glad the WIFI worked for looking around for restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom needs a little work, toilet seat doesn't fit that toilet and the there's rust on the top of the tub under the valve, the drain cap was removed so the tub flows ok during a shower. Wall paper is peeling and the ceiling needs some repairs. > The desk chair was stuck UP under the desk, the up/down function was not working. > The Cable for local channels was not working at all. > The hot tub was shut down, broken tile all around it.

The 1st room we were given, the TV would not work (which we complained about) and the curtains were filthy (we did not say anything about these). We were given a 2nd room which was better but a nuisance because I already had things unpacked. The bed was not very comfortable and the breakfast was mediocre. The staff was friendly.

Staff were all extremely nice. The beds/pillows were super comfortable. The room itself needed cleaned a bit better (dirty mirror, some spots on the ceiling, no tissues in the bathroom, and a hair on the shower wall). Breakfast was great! Many options plus coffee was delicious. Hot tub wasn’t in use. All in all I Would recommend this hotel!

Was clean and could tell they keep remodeling.

Friendly staffs, close to restaurant and convenient stores. But they don’t give shampoo, conditioner and lotion, only 1 bar of soap and make up remover. Only 1 trash can in the room, most hotel I’ve stayed have 2 trash can which is make sense like 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom. Hotel is a little bit outdated but clean. Overall comfortable stay for the price.

Horrible customer service, Gave my room away after paying for the room. Rude people there
