Property is worn and in ill repair. Not maintained, Broken Lamp Door knob scratches door and works poorly Paint terrible Broken drawer Toilet was not attached correctly Bathtub backed up when taking showers

The breakfast was nice; however, there were several baseball teams staying there at the same time and food wasn't replenished in a timely manner.

Upon arrival, I had to go back to the front desk to request towels (only provided 1 bath towel) and coffee cups (none provided). There was no visit from housekeeping to replenish items during our stay. Spa was out of order the entire stay and the pool was drained the second day we were there.

This property had very nice staff but needs a rennovation. The key system had a ton of issues, and our room had a faulty AC unit. The rooms are not sound proof, and noise traveled from the hallways, adjacent rooms, and from rooms above.

The door to our room was not working right. It was a key card door and we ended up trying 6 keys during the first day. It took management 2 times to figure the door was broken. They moved us to a similar room. The key cards didn't work. Had go back and forth to getting cards. We ended up with a total of 11 cards for the 2 night stay. We were not the only one with this problem. The hotel was getting redone. Wall paper was peeling from the hallways. The hot tub was down.

There was construction on our floor that was really loud for 3 days. The hot tub was not in use. There was no shelves in shower so everything had to be on floor. The day of checkout our water was turned off for at least an hour.
