Staff are welcoming and so nice! Hotel though… mediocre at best. It’s located in area with multiple hotels…. All of which I feel like probably would’ve been a better choice for the same price. The benefit is there is a lot of shopping very close by and it is very quiet.But for a basic overnight where we just needed to sleep it was fine. Did take quite a few hours to cool down. Would probably try other hotels in the area next time.

Our key card reader would only work about 10% of the time. We wither had to have one pwrson stay behind or had to go gt new cards which only worked once. Pool closed because of a big, clearly ongoing, leak in ceiling. The elevater was dirty and so slow. Had to go to first floor for ice. Couldnt get room cooled down. Room stank so bad i had to spray perfume everywhere to stand being in it. Thank God we wwre only staying one night. I almost would have preferred sleeping in my car. Will never ever stay at this chain again.

Lovely property. Clean and accommodating.

This hotel has carpet tack strips sticking out everywhere. Carpet is ripped up on third floor where there are updated rooms and are putting you in rooms that are not all finished. The smell is horrendous that half of our party could not even stay in the room due to allergies and asthma. If we knew this hotel was remodeling and like this we would have never booked this room. OSHA will have a field day will all the items they can file on this place.

we requested a double room and only received a single queen bed the tv didn’t work(even after talking with the manager) the AC wasn’t working as well as it should overall, we were very disappointed!
