Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton

Stay was terrible hotel was under construction and they worked in room making load noise till 10pm and left a mess when l told manager they said they couldn’t do anything about it I expect a discount at least but didn’t even offer an apology will never stay there again

Room was nice staff was nice The building is getting work done but stuff like the elevator looks tired and old Would have been nice to know before I booked as the payment was non refundable

Super outdated needs a major renovation asap

Many items did not work. Hot water took 5 min to warm up. Cleanliness, etc...

You could hear people in the room above you.

Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. Pic of hot tub on website but out of order for months. Employees wearing sweat pants and no uniform. Peeling wallpaper, scraped up paint on walls and elevator, 32" TV, lobby computer out of order. No security as pool door propped open. Felt like I was at a seedy Motel 6. Usually look for a Fairfield when I go out of town but probably not so much anymore.

The pictures online are not accurate at all. When we walked in it was clear this was not an actual Fairfield Inn. The room was small and had not been upgraded for a long time. When i stepped in the bathroom the floor was slippery and I almost fell. We were there less then 15 minutes when we decided to go to another hotel. The manager states the hotel was purchased by Fairfield Inn and was going to be updated soon. I feel it was falsely advertised and now I have to hope my refund request is approved so my money isn't lost.

Very close to the mall and lots of dining options. Room was in good shape but there were lightbulbs missing from the table lamps and the room was a bit dusty. I noticed the wallpaper was peeling in the halls and the hallways were poorly lit. The hotel had kind of a dank, out of date feeling to it outside my room. A hole had been cut in the wall inside my closet, presumably to make a plumbing repair, and the hole was partially and haphazardly covered by a couple of acoustic tiles. The walls are fairly thin - I could hear a lot of banging doors in the hallway while trying to sleep. There were several dumbbells missing from the fitness room, which was undersized and kind of sad. Breakfast was free but unremarkable. One day there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal and no one around to help. For the money, it was fine, but I don’t know if I would stay there again.
