Hardly any towels given when asked for more and had to go outside to a different building to get pool towels when the pool was down from my room

They said they offered room service, but there was no menu available and when we finally received one and called to order, which we tried to do 3 times, no one answered. Also, the pool was VERY dimly lit. We could barely see our kids on the other side when it was dark out.

The room I had was VERY dated. They may vacuum it but the carpet is 30+ years old. It's not clean and has many, many stains on it. The arms on the couch are filthy. I sat at the small dining or on the bed. To be honest, I can't believe the health department passes the room. Until it's updated, I won't be staying here again.

The bed in our room sunk into the middle and the springs were super noisy. The hallways and elevators were freezing cold.

Got a lot of snow during our stay, absolutely stunning. Loved hanging out in the pool/hot tub/sauna

Always quiet and very reasonably priced. Good location Staff very friendly.

Excellent rooms and activities like their pool, breakfast was tasty but sitting was rather limited.

Im s t ill waiting on my refund because hotel.com let me book a room that was already booked at the hotel. We didnt get to stay.
