Evergreen Resort

Room was nice when we finally got a clean one.

First room wasn't even clean, the bed wasn't changed, and had stuff sitting in the window.

The Check in process was very easy. Although they forgot to inform me about the incidentals hold on me cc. Very seldom do I ever see one when renting a hotel room. The room was clean for the most part. I had to clean the shower before using it. It had a lot of hair in it. The bathroom door look like it had seen battle with splatters of who knows what. So it had to be cleaned as well.

Cleaniness

Property is a little outdated but the room was very comfortable and clean. The hike to the pool was cold but the hot tub did not disappoint!!

They originally put us in someone else’s room, when we first arrived. The hot tub didn’t have air, the sauna didn’t work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the door. There was dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The bathtubs where so slippery you could hardly stand.

Different areas allow separating convention groups from families. Great Breakfasts Very nice view from the restaurant area.

General lack of maintenance in the pool area: drinking fountain and showers not working, spa jets appear to be air blower only, not jet pump.

Great location !

We enjoyed our time at Evergreen annd will definitely use them in the future.

Loved the pool area and the onsite bar and restaurant.
