Evergreen Resort

My brother and I had a great time. The staff was exceptional. They could not have been more accommodating.

Although the resort was quite clean. There was an overflowing trashcan outside our building the entire 3 days. And a lot of weeds around the building. It gave off a bad first impression. The room, restaurant, pool, and lobby were all very clean.

Rooms are very dated, furniture stained, carpet not vacuumed upon arrival to room, food on floors. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good. Property grounds were nice but rooms & common areas run down. Disappointing!

Old and in real need of updating

Shower head was less than 5 foot high. I have NEVER had to take a shower with a shower head that LOW. CRAZY

Check in time was 4:00, I didn't get to my room until after 5:00, and I had arrived quite early. I felt they could have done more to accommodate. Staff was not helpful.

We enjoyed the privacy

They put us in a pet friendly room which were located away from everything and it was dirty. Outside were spiders and garbage and cobwebs It was just dirty Not at all what we expected

We had a great stay—lovely walk, convenient location, breakfast and dining available, as well as karaoke at Curley’s. Quiet and comfortable night's sleep—we'll go back!

The area this property is in was nice, quiet, peaceful area . Nice landscaping, well kept, a few trees, large enough parking area, and off from the main path of downtown, yet a quick minute to get to all the action, restaurants, connivence stores, shopping and more. Receptionist was adorable, friendly, and caring. All other staff encountered, were helpful & kind. We needed to leave a day early from our original booking and were refunded the last nights stay by the resort with kindness without hesitation. Very nice place, reasonable for the price. All was clean from the office to the halls, and rooms. Easy to get to, easy to find. No concerning roads. Off a side road, up a small hill and your there. Beautiful area. Only one small issue, the toilet is so low to the ground, be careful. Could be hard for someone with knee problems, back problems or not aware. In that case ask for a room for disabilities. I definitely would stay here again and recommend this little resort.

Beds were low firm, but not hard. I understand that’s just more personal preference but worth mentioning my husband thought it was comfortable for me. I would’ve preferred a little softer. We each have back problems, the firmness was good for him, but for me, I felt more stiff because I am more in the preference of very soft beds and these are not.

10 day stay but very little room cleaning during the visit.
