Evergreen Resort

I loved it. The staff were super pleasant, the hotels were lovely. I would definitely go back!

One of the front desk workers was a tad bit rude but I think she was just having a bad day because she was nice all the other times we’ve seen her

The price and continental breakfast.

There was someone's dirty underwear under the bathroom sink counter. The room needed updates. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The check in associate was not very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely like to go back some day.

Location

Beds were hard. No maid service to pick up dirty towel and no fresh ones. No towels at the pool had to go get them both time. 5 minutes late for breakfast and the women there was very rude. Just wanted coffee and cereal. She barely started cleaning up. What was the big deal she would have just thrown out the uneaten food anyways. Why not be thankful that it being eaten and not wasted. The next day something but we were in there at 6:30 just got coffee that was it. Was never asked how our stay was at check out. Because I would have let them know about the lack of customers service!

The scrambled eggs had a funky citrus flavor. Not a lot of healthy options

Older golf resort renamed, shows age. I had a junior suite in a back building with a lot of steps. Room was clean and surprisingly large. Staff was very pleasant and attendant, repaired thermostat in room immediately when requested. Small bar and restaurant on premise. Would stay again.

It was great

We had a quick overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We accidentally booked two rooms, but they were able to give us a full refund on the 2nd room. We would definitely stay again.

Golf course property with woods beyond. Only annoyance was some pigeons up around roof, but minor issue.
