The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient from check in/check out and at breakfast in the dining room.

Worst experience ever. We had golf group of 26. Rooms were awful. Musty smell room keys given for rooms already occupied. Rooms not cleaned before checking in. Bathrooms in poor repair. Shower handles not operating properly. Overall very poor experience

We got a room that has 2 queen size beds when we really only need 1; however, the first bed we wanted to sleep in had a stain on the bed sheet and the pillow case had 2 small blood stains. We slept in the other bed and I went to the front desk the next morning - also because my key wasn’t working to get into the room (an issue of 3x total during our stay with both cards). After I informed the front desk of my complaints, she entered notes in the system to inform the housekeepers about the situation. I went back to the room and made sure that the blood stained pillow case was on top and that I moved the bed sheet over to show the stain; making it obvious that the sheets and pillow case needed to be replaced. We were out all morning and when we came back to the room, the beds were made and I assumed it had been taken care of. I later went to remove the cover and saw the same stain on the bed sheet. I removed the top pillow from the bed and it uncovered the blood stained pillow case. At this point we just gave up because we really only needed one bed and continued to sleep in that bed. It left a bad taste in my mouth knowing they only rearranged the pillows and made the bed without replacing the sheets or pillow case.

Very out dated rooms. Smelled of cigarettes smoke. Shower handle was falling off wall.

Classic old course. Facilities are redone and nice. Great staff

There was dirty towel from the last guest hanging on the door of my bathroom. The room had a funny smell and the rest of the hotel smelled old and moldy. The breakfast in the morning was great!

Breakfast was great ..resurant being open at night would have been nice though

Hot tub needs repair... a big reson in my stay anyway after golf is a hot tub

This is an older property, but has been nicely updated. The surrounding area is very nice and the location is not far from downtown.

This time only the pool. We loved staying here last time. This time….. was very different.

The room had a god awful smell. I had to go and buy air freshener. The hallways smelled like mosquito repellant. We also came back because of the breakfast. It was beyond disgusting. The sausage was fluffy yet rubbery and easily had been cooked and re cooked and re cooked. Scrambled eggs were sitting in a bath of water. No milk for cereal. The toaster was on its last limbs and you had to stick tongs in it to even get your bread. The hard boiled eggs were very over cooked, pealed to death and you could tell they were days old. No hot water for oatmeal. Staff was very scattered. It was not enjoyable at all. We ended up having mcdonalds for breakfast. This is our second time here. We will not be back.
