Great location, amazing friendly staff, clean and very comfortable. Everything you would need in the apartment

Could do with a fan/extractor in the bathroom. But not really a problem

Hätte sauberer sein dürfen, Frühstücksvoucher reicht nie und nimmer wenn man ein bisschen was essen und trinken möchte.

Location var utmärkt och personalen var trevliga samtidigt servitören i kaffet var mycket hjälpsamma .

På hotellet websidan borde det står att frukost som var ingår att det var inte buffé och att man kan beställa från meny och det ska vara 130 ZAR per person så man vet vad beställer när man väljer. Detta stod inte på hotellet sidan och vi blev överraskade första dag.

There was good space; the location is good in terms of access to shops etc, though noisy so close to the pool. The staff were excellent

I have written directly to the suites about the maintenance problems we found: safe was not working; door to veranda did not lock; bedroom light was not working; one chair unstable; bathroom window rattled; the outside table and furniutyure had not been cleaned on arrival. the technician took most the day to fix everything - this is not the standard we expected. Finally a coffee machine is advertised and was not provided - we got a plunger only after request.

It was convenient and central to where we needed to be. Room was very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful and efficient. Overall great experience... will use accommodation again.

Coffee shop at the entrance could be cleaner, especially the floor.

Die Lage ist super

Leider war das Zimmer viel zu hellhörig. Zudem konnte man alle Fenster zur Straße nicht richtig schließen. Somit hat man den Lärm der sehr stark befahrenen Straße gehört und die Außengeräte der Klimaanlagen. Für den Preis bekommt man in CPT weit aus bessere Unterkünfte.
