The place is exactly how it is, location good right at sea point

The noise from the ground floor was too much, the breakfast was capped at R130 which I learned at the restaurant and the staff there was like they were doing me a favor. Then there was an Ekko guy advertising this first group and it's features. The issue was he gave me a massage voucher for 30 minutes at La Vita spa those ladies only massaged me for 15 minutes and made excuses about how full they were, so irritating. Then the fan heat wasn't working 😒 had to request for a heater. The service here generally is horrible.

Direkt an der Riviera

Das Bett war sehr kurz. Ich bin knapp 1,8 m und meine Füße waren im ausgestreckten Zustand deutlich darüber hinausstehend. Bei inkludiertem Frühstück erwarte ich etwas anderes! Man bekommt lediglich einen Gutschein für 130 ZAR (ca. 7,5 €) pro Person und Tag für das Cafe Joma (direkt im Gebäude). Damit gehen sich aber normalerweise kein Frühstück und ein Kaffee aus. Den Rest muss man natürlich bezahlen bzw. aufs Zimmer buchen. Ein klassisches Buffet gibt es nicht. Beim Auschecken gab es leider auch Probleme mit der Rechnung. Nach Bezahlen der Rechnung ist uns aufgefallen, dass der Frühstücksvoucher oftmals nicht abgezogen wurde. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte das Problem nicht lösen, sodass die Managerin kommen musste. Schlussendlich haben wir eine neue Rechnung bekommen und uns wurde versichert, dass uns der Differenzbetrag erstattet wird (Eine direkte Auszahlung an der Rezeption ist laut eigenen Angaben nicht möglich) Bis dato haben wir noch kein Geld vom Hotel zurückbekommen.

It is very well located. The coffee shop downstairs is great.

Booking a room facing the pool is not a good idea. The rooms are small and have no windows. Also, you hear noise from the lobby. We were told there are only 4 parking bays available, so no parking available when we arrived.
