The staff was friendly and very helpful. They connected the Internet to the tv as it wasnt connected upon arrival (it should have been)

The "heated pool" was not heated it was ice cold and we were not informed that this would be the case.i specially called in the week and asked if the pool was heated and I was told that it was. The shower leaked and the water overflooded the entire bathroom floor which made it difficult to use the basin and also very slippery. The remote for the tv had no batteries in. We reported to reception and they sorted it out immediately. The spa staff was right next door and they are very loud, laughing and talking and making a huge noise. It is unexpected for a spa to be so loud. It should be relaxing and quiet. I have enquired about parking but receiced no feedback from the hotel. We released upon arrival that no parking space is available. This could have been communicated in response to my email.

Double booked, refused to refunded the error on there part. I showed them emails showing their error but refused to refund. Offered a credit but that was worthless to me. Booking . Com was no help either the dispute.

We loved it especially my partner. It was cosey and very home like. I am hoping to stay again but this time for a weekend and not just for one night

I think that I made a mistake by booking a room by the pool.

The staff were lovely, professional and helpful with suggestions. Location is excellent. Really comfy beds.

As advertised “room with pool view” is accurate but the pool …is really just a plunge pool(small).
