"A disappointment for our Christmas stay"

I booked staying at the Grande Praire location with my family through the Christmas holidays months in advance. Only to be notified when we checked in there would be no hot breakfast for most of our 7 day stay. No restraunts or lounge open Christmas day or boxing day. No staff or cleaning services Christmas day or boxing day other then front desk. People staying in hotel during the holidays are expecting amenities as you are staying in a hotel. I feel they left notifying customers till the last minute giving them no affordable options to switch hotels. People paid premium rates to stay during the holidays based on advertised services provided by the venue. I believe cutting those services completely is wrong. I will not book here again during our trips to Grande Praire Coby Bilan

I forgot a object at the room and only realized a day later. I was soo pleasantly surprised when I phoned and they found it. They are honest!!! And they mailed it to me. Thank you so much!!
