I stay at Hampton Inn’s fairly frequently so compared to the other locations I was disappointed with this one. There is a huge draft in the elevator. Felt like at least 10 degrees colder. High top chairs in the common area were falling apart, literally!

Filthy is not even a close enough word. Isabella the agent at the desk was amazing and then everything went downhill. As someone who battled stage 4 cancer recently …you know what I’m not even gonna share that part … NO ONE deserves to pay for a room and be exposed to just horrid conditions. The saddest part was the General Manager accepted the standard of the room …Disgusting … Hilton should honestly replace him, his customer so lacking . Luke the gentleman that checked me back out apologized for his manager and said he could only do what he allowed. This char is just one example … it had unknown substance all over it imagine Krispy Kreme glaze and was told we could put a blanket over it … and the GM told the staff the chair could not be removed …. Thsts okay you can have the chair and the room… I don’t sleep on filthy conditions … Hilton needs to take a deep dive into this location and remove it … it’s not up to the standard. So glad the Hilton Representative recorded the responses from this General Manager on what was acceptable.
