Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia

The location was perfect for the reason for our trip. It was close to every destination (KOP Mall, IKEA, Valley Forge) we wanted to visit. The hotel was close to shopping and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The clerk was not familiar with the local attractions or long-term construction projects. The room temp was difficult to regulate. We asked for blankets and they had holes in them. The ground floor was noisy and the exit doors slammed shut.

The hotel itself was very clean. Staff was super nice and room was comfortable.

There wasn't much I can say... if I had to say something it would be the location was covered up by alot of trees so I wasn't sure it was the right place.

Registration person had other things on his mind or agendas. Very short and offered no information about Internet connection, amenities or breakfast options. First impressions are everything...2 stars

Close to shopping mall.

I give this Fairfield Inn a 3.75 rating for our 2 night stay. Located on Mall Drive, next to the King of Prussia Mall (close to Macy’s), due to the Fairfield signs on the entrance and building not illuminated well, we had difficulty finding the hotel at night upon our arrival. When we pulled in the parking lot, it was really dark and there was a construction fence surrounding the parking lot (for the restaurant next door) taking up parking lot space. Check in went with Staff and they informed us that the elevator was out of service but we can use the employee elevator, which was small and rundown. the hallway leading to the room was dark and things seemed rundown. Not a great start. Things became better when we opened the room. The 2 queen beds room was clean, modern with comfortable beds, microwave, small refrigerator, lights with many plug in outlets and a bathroom with good counter space. Water pressure was good in shower and in bathroom. There was not enough towels for 3 people and the body soap dispenser was empty, but the staff fixed the issues. Breakfast was hotel good with hot and cold items. The lady that was working the breakfast area was great, attentive and helpful. Stall and room was very good and rated a 4. The dingy hallway, broken elevator, and poorly lit signage and parking lot, dropped my score.

Fairly clean but Mathias loose pipes and bad walls. Very loud first floor

Friendly front desk, clean rooms.
