Fairfield Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia

Upon noticing that our shampoo and conditioner wasn’t filled, requested it for that night. Front desk stated there was no way to do that and would have them do first thing in morning. It was never filled. The sheets had rips/holes in them, and an acrylic nail was on our floor.

Staff was very nice. The hotel needs updating. Room was adequate but again needs updating. Bed was uncomfortable. Coffee/tea available 24/7. Very good breakfast.

I booked a room with a king size bed and a pull-out bed with Expedia and when they got there it was a room with a king size bed and no pull-out bed.

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Valley Forge was a very good Hotel for our purposes. We only slept there and had breakfast. It was very close to the Highway for our return trip to New Jersey.

Very late check in permitted - after 6:30 PM and elevator out of commission.

Poor signage to find location from roadway. Signage facing wrong direction. Breakfast prepared food was poor quality and taste. Waste of eggs, sausage, etc due to poor taste, etc. Cereals, coffee, yogurt milk were good. Checked in late and they were still cleaning surrounding areas.

Stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping or towels ever. Had to flag down a housekeeper and get some clean towels.

Perfect location for dance competition next door! Breakfast each day was great! Nice selection of teas and coffee was ready! My room was super clean and staff was always friendly and professional!

No complaints. They were waiting for elevator repair but we always had access to the service elevator. And it was perfectly fine!
