The staff was pleasant.

The hotel was very clean, a nice continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. However the parking lot garbages were overflowing.

We chose to stay at this property because of its proximity to Philadelphia, Valley Forge, and the King of Prussia Mall. This location is great. You can walk to restaurants, and a Wegman's is nearby. I believe the team here is truly trying their very best, but they are under-staffed and important details are missed, as a result. The bathroom caulking had black mold. The bathroom shower curtain liner didn't actually reach the end of the tub, so the bathroom floor will flood when you are taking a shower. The liner itself also had mold. I had to call management to have it changed out. Towels were stained and dirty when we checked in. I asked the front desk if I could have another set, and they didn't have any handy. When housekeeping finally came by to drop some off, a grumpy older man banged on my door and shoved them in my arms. The hotel itself is older and in need of some care. Our thermostat did not work well, and the AC was noisy. The hallways are a time capsule to the late 1980s / 1990s. As you walk down the hallway, you can hear everyone's conversations. The doors are pretty thin. I'm not sure if our we will be back in the area anytime soon, but we will think twice before choosing this property if we do.

Our only issue was the internet was subpar. The Family couldn't watch any streaming services on the TV or tablets.
