The hotel mistakenly checked me out one day after I checked in. As a result, a housekeeping staff member came to our room and asked us to leave. I had to go to the front desk to resolve the issue myself. The staff was rude throughout the process, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. In addition, my children opened the minibar but did not consume or take anything from it. However, during checkout, the hotel attempted to charge me for the minibar items. Even after I explained that nothing had been taken, it took approximately 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Due to these delays, I missed my airport transportation, which I had already paid for in advance. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
