Die Lage, mitten auf dem Strip

Der Mitarbeiter beim CheckIn war nicht in der Lage korrekte Buchung durchzuführen, es wurde ein dreifacher Betrag auf der Kreditkarte für mehrere Wochen blockiert. Es waren fast 4000€. Wir wurden mit einem einfachen Stofftier, einer Rose und Schokolade abgefrühstückt. Die hochpreisige Kategorie des Zimmers (28. Etage, Blick auf Fontäne, mittige Lage auf dem Stockwerk) stand überhaupt nicht zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: keine Hausschuhe, keine Hygieneartikel (Abschminkzeug, Wattestäbchen etc), keine Kaffeemaschine etc. Ein voller Kühlschrank mit hochpreisigen Produkten, die bei Herausnahme sofort aufs Zimmerrechnung gehen würden. Der kaputte Fernseher wurde irgendwann repariert, es wurde halt keine Priorität dafür gelegt. Vor dem Schlafen gehen haben wir bemerkt, dass das Kissen super dreckig war, die Meldung am Morgen danach, hat uns nicht mal eine Entschuldigung gebracht. Es wurde trocken erwähnt, wir machen sauber. Da man in LV ziemlich spät schlafen geht, waren wir überrascht, dass der Wecker morgens um 05:30 Uhr losging, da bei der Zimmerreinigung vom Vorgast, wurde dies nicht überprüft und der Wecker wurde nicht resettet. Somit waren wir auch für den Tag super gelaunt. Es brachte uns keinen Mehrwert als wir an der Rezeption das alles darstellten. Es wurde GAR NICHTS GEMACHT. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung haben wir gehört. Es interessierte einfach keinen. Man bezahlt bei Bellagio ausschließlich für die Lage und die Sicht.
