Quality Inn Fort Smith I-540

Did not have hot water in room 150. Took a cold shower

The hotel smelled bad. The room didnt have a good heating/cooling unit. The fridge wasn't working correctly. The wifi was bad.

I am shocked at how this place is still open. Absolutely disgusting. The first room we had was so dirty. The shower had mold all in the soap dispenser and along the shower wall. The sheets had brown stains all in them and because of this I asked for a new room after getting a new room I went to look at the sheets and they were even dirtier than the other room. They had all sorts of stains that could have been easily washed out if the sheets had been cleaned including white crusty stuff. I then went back and told them this room was even nastier and the lady at the desk said that was the only room available so I asked for them to put new sheet on. They didn’t they left them for me to put on and so I tried to then notice they were also dirty and this time had black oil stains. When I went to take the sheets off the bed I noticed blood covering the mattress. We immediately left and asked for a refund. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location was great.

The faucet fell off when I went to take a shower. The remote would not work so TV was on all night. The toilet overflowed into the floor, the staff just brought some towels for us to soak it up. I had to go get some cleaner. The beds were horrible. Very uncomfortable slept maybe 3 hours and woke up in pain.
