Best Western PLUS La Mesa San Diego

Breakfast had a lot of variety and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was available and included in the room booking. The hotel is near the highway and offered easy access to multiple routes.

The hotel accommodations were dated and needs some upgrading.

I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

This is a bit nit-picky, but I would have liked a wand-style shower head in the tub.

I love this property . It has everything you want in a stay. The staff is great . There is plenty on site parking. The breakfast was delicious. Hot and cold items. Nice selection. I try and stay here whenever I visit San Diego

Breakfast, staff were very good and obliging. Loved Anthony's restaurant next door and its venue.

Traffic noise.

Stayed at the hotel for only two days, was advised at check in that they would hold $100 for incidentals. After four days of miscommunication, they’re now telling me that they’re charging me that money for a stained towel. I feel like it’s really unfair because I could’ve washed the towel out of laundromat for $10. There was absolutely no communication. I had to keep calling myself to figure out what was going on. Majority of the amenities were false advertisement and or not working during my visit, my room was extremely dirty and dusty and had to clean before I layed down to sleep. Beyond the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The only positive thing was that is one of the workers in the front desk. He was really nice his name is Thaddeus.
