"Won't stay there again, just want a receipt"

They didn't send me a receipt so I know I was charged the proper amount Cards didn't work on day 2 had to go downstairs and get another one made and it seemed more difficult then should have Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet

"The tissue box in our room was empty. There was NO COFFEE from 8.00am until AT LEAST 8.20."

ALL THREE juice containers were empty. I waited 20 minutes for coffee that never came. No help at all from the front desk. I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES FOR COFFEE THAT NEVER CAME. At 8.00 in the morning. There was no yogurt either.

"Overpriced stay for mediocre facilities"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast.

Water damage in the room, vomit-smelling hallway, tiny freezing indoor pool, missing lightbulbs to fixtures in the room, lukewarm water heater, and broken hairdryer.

"Location is good but rest all are poor"

Breakfast is fine. Not great but in line with room cost but a stinking smell from kitchen was spread across the breakfast area making it very uncomfortable to eat peacefully. This happened during our stay.

Stinking smell from Kitchen and faculty should be more diligent. I had an emergency toilet clog issue and the faculty does not treat that high priority. They provided options to use public restrooms but what they should have really done was to move us to different room. Faculty should focus on customer service.
