I was completely disappointed. Cleanliness was not to my satisfaction.

The bad odor in the hallway, elevator.

my husband said it was terrible. The waffles were fine can’t believe that.!

Made reservation about three weeks prior to our arrival. I reserved a handicap room due to my disabilities and my husband. The shower was a nightmare, and dangerous on the toilet with silver off the ground that was also a challenge!

The waffle was good the yogurt was fine couldn’t find the sausage or bacon

Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced Was not given the veteran discount

Location was perfect. The sheets and bathroom were clean.

Towels were slightly thicker than paper towel. There was only 1 bath towel in the room and 3 of us. When I asked for more I was given 1 and told that’s all there was. The pool looked run down and like it wasn’t ever maintained. The beds were creaky and very loud. I lifted the sheets looking for bed bugs as I usually do in a hotel room and found a large blood smear on the side. There was only a quarter of a box of tissues, and almost empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Overall fairly disappointing

When i see people hanging out outside, i know it's gonna be bad. Since the time i get out of my car i can smell weed smoke all over the place. The front desk lady was dry and not very welcoming, there is a glass separating the counter with the guests and you can barely hear or understand was she was saying and she didn't make an effort to try and be understood. Obviously the hallways smelled like weed. The furnice had very few options. I could hear every single step the upstairs guests were doing until very late night.
